The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance to Thai restaurants, the Capitol Theatre, and two train stations. The 24-hour reception service was very helpful for our late check-in and early check-out. The staff were all friendly and accommodating, offering to store our bags after check-out. The apartment was spacious, with a separate kitchen and even a laundry room.

The staff were helpful and friendly, and the bed was comfortable. The location of the hotel was convenient, with train stations nearby and plenty of affordable Asian food options in the area. the large TV with Foxtel was a nice bonus.
The room looked a bit tired and in need of some refurbishment, although it was clean enough.

We loved the location of this hotel as it was walking distance from Chinatown where we met friends for dinner. The services provided were fantastic, including dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry. There was a lovely garden area with furniture where we enjoyed our morning coffee. The room amenities were excellent, including a sitting area and dining table.
This place is highly recommended to everyone who wants to have a pleasant stay as it had an over-and-above service, even though it lacked any management experience at the reception desk.
